Devoted to Idaho's most famous agricultural product, the Idaho Potato Museum is filled with exhibits and displays that cover the history of the potato farming industry in the state. The museum speaks to the development of the popular Russet Burbank potato variety and massive growth of the industry in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as showing unique items like the largest potato chip ever, created by Pringles in Tennessee. It is located near the center of town, just blocks from the Bingham County Historical Museum.
Open Oct - Mar: Mon. - Fri. 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; Apr - Sep: Mon. - Sat. 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Adults $3; Seniors (55+) $2.50; Children (6-12) $1; Children under 6 are free.
